ADK Trails

Privacy

Last updated October 16, 2026

You don't need an account to use ADK Trails, and we don't ask who you are. There are no ads and no tracking cookies, and we don't sell anything about you.

What stays on your phone

  • Trails you save and regions you save for offline use. They're stored in your browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
  • Your location, if you tap “Closest to me.” Sorting happens on your phone; your location is never sent to us.

What we count

We use Umami to count visits without cookies: which pages are viewed, roughly where from (country), what kind of device, and a few actions like saving a region for offline use. It doesn't identify you.

Like any website, our hosting company (Netlify) keeps short-lived server logs with things like IP address and browser type, for security and fixing problems.

Who else is involved

  • Netlify hosts the site.
  • Supabase stores our trail data and map files.
  • Map lettering and icons load from Protomaps, which sees an ordinary web request from your browser.

Emailing us

If you email adktrails.app@gmail.com, we'll use your address only to reply. Ask and we'll delete the conversation.

Children

ADK Trails isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date above.
